Only A-grade is allowed. All lambs must have the role marks as described in Regulation R.55 of January 30, 2015. No lambs without a role mark will be accepted.
TRANSPORT OF LAMB CARCASSES IN REFRIGERATED TRUCK TO KALAHARI IS CARRIED OUT BY THE FARMER WHO ENROLLS. PLEASE NOTE: As part of the competition, participants only need to send their lamb carcass, there is a company that will barbecue all the spits in exactly the same way.
